Postage & Delivery

Covid-19 impact on deliveries

Due to increased demand and working condition restrictions, we are seeing slight delays in deliveries. For the latest information - as a guide see Auspost's Coronavirus page at for a guide to how your delivery may be affected. We do use couriers other than Auspost and we have found very similar delivery times between them.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Delivery normally occurs within 2-10 business days from dispatch for 'standard' delivery and 1-4 days using 'express' delivery - depending on your delivery address. We do offer express post which is usually the fastest delivery method - please note delivery within these timeframes is not guaranteed. We do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible & once your parcel leaves us we don't have much control over how quickly it gets to you.

We despatch each weekday, normally on the same business day if ordered before 10am. Occasionally we will dispatch the next business day due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays longer than that we will get in touch with you.

Most of our products are despatched from Sydney. We will aim to always make your shipment trackable - 99% of all shipments are trackable and you receive a tracking link when ordering from us.

* "days" in the above table are business days, excluding weekends and National holidays. Please note delivery within these timeframes is not guaranteed (this includes Express Post as Australia Post don't guarantee delivery within set timeframes). We do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible & once your parcel leaves us we don't have much control over how quickly it gets to you.

If you haven't received a dispatch notification within the dispatch timeframe, please check your spam email folder as sometimes they end up in there.

Is pickup available?

Sorry pickup is not available from our warehouse. Please choose a postage option at the checkout & we will send your order to you.

Australia Post, along with Fastway, Couriers Please & Toll

Can you arrange for express postage?

Yes, we do via Australia Post! 
A quote for express post is provided in the shopping cart. Add the products you are interested into your cart & enter your postcode & the quote will be provided 

If you require any help in this regard send us a chat message or drop us a note and we will get back to you within 24 hrs 

However, due to the bulky size of some products are not available for express postage. If you have chosen Australia post for an item that is too large for this service we will contact you to let you know & arrange a courier delivery.

I bought multiple items, will they be shipped together? 
Wherever possible we’ll ship your items together. However, if you made different shopping cart purchases, we might not be able to ship your items together unless you notify us before your first order despatches.

How much does delivery cost?
Our aim is to provide you with the best value and most reliable shipping and delivery as possible. Shipping and delivery costs vary depending on what you buy and where you live.  You'll see the shipping cost as part of the check-out process before you have to pay for anything. Please note Toy Fiesta does not try and make money from shipping charges and we're always working towards reducing shipping costs. In very limited situations, postage surcharge fees may apply to remote locations. Before posting your parcel/s, we will let you know by requesting an additional postage surcharge. 

What if I missed picking up my parcel from the Post Office or I addressed it incorrectly & it was returned to you?

Unfortunately Australia Post charge us a return to sender fee which is approximately $15 at the time of writing (note that Australia Post vary this fee frequently). If you would like your parcel resent we request that you pay this fee and the postage cost to resend the item. Alternatively we can process a refund for the item less this fee. 

Do you deliver Australia-wide? 
Yes, we deliver Australia-wide.

Can I have my items delivered to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker? 
Yes, you can!
In most cases delivery to PO boxes or parcel lockers are accepted. Where there is an exception to this general rule, we will contact you to request a physical address. 

Do you deliver internationally?
No we do not at this stage.


I want to return an item – how do I do that?
We're here to help, so if you change your mind or your order is not quite right for some reason, it can come back to us anytime within 30 days of the item delivery. Easy return is guaranteed! Once we receive your returned item, we'll give you a store credit or full refund of the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge), whichever you prefer.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible please follow the following 3 step process:
1. Please contact us via [email protected] to let us know to expect your return (include your name, your order number and whether you'd prefer a refund or store credit).
2. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide you with the return address and you will be responsible for return the product and packaging to us in as new condition.
Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Your refund (less any initial postage & return costs) will be processed and applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible after receiving the returned items. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after your credit is applied by Toy Fiesta for it to become available as credit and for it appear on your statement. Alternatively, you may wish to choose Toy Fiesta “Store Credit” instead of a refund. Toy Fiesta store credit may be used for future purchases via the Toy Fiesta web-site. Where store credit is chosen, Toy Fiesta will send you an email as confirmation of the store credit having been applied to your account.The credit will appear in your Toy Fiesta account, which is accessible by signing in to the web-site and accessing the My Account section. You need to be a Toy Fiesta member to be able to receive store credit, so create an account and enjoy the membership benefits! 

If an item is faulty, please let us know straight away if something in your order is faulty. If we could trouble you to send a photograph of the faulty items/s to [email protected] along with your name, your order number and whether you'd prefer a refund or store credit it will help us assess the situation as soon as possible. 


My item is damaged, what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that, it is as disappointing for us too! Please let us know in 48 hours if something in your order is damaged or faulty. If we could trouble you to send a photograph of the damage to [email protected] along with your name, your order number and whether you'd prefer a refund or store credit, it will help us assess the situtation as possible after receiving the damaged / faulty item/s.

Back In Stock Notifications, how does it work?
If a product you like is sold out, you can Contact Us  and we will send you an email once it comes back in stock. We will only email you once. We cannot reserve items, so if you receive an email notification that something is back you'll need to be quick if you want to purchase before it sells out again.

Signing in difficulties

I'm having trouble signing in to the site?
Make sure you use the email address you supplied when you first registered with us. Make sure you type in your password correctly. If you're still having trouble, try clearing your temporary internet files ("cookies") and trying again. If you're still not able to sign in, try using "Forgot your password?" and fill in your email to request a new password. To verify your e-amil address, an email will be sent to your address containing a link which will take you to Toy Fiesta Password Change page.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Amex, PayPal and also Afterpay and ZipPay
All prices displayed on our web-site are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes such as GST.
All payments are processed in Australian dollars.

Are my credit card details saved for next time?
No. We have no access to your bank details and we do not store your credit card details.

Safety and Security

How do I know my transactions are secure?
We understand that trust, safety and security are at the heart of a good online shopping experience. That’s why when you purchase from Toy Fiesta the details of your transaction are passed through a secure server that uses the strongest level of encryption we can offer (up to 256-bit SSL). Our SSL certificate is provided in partnership with GeoTrust. 

What is an SSL Certificate? 
An SSL certificate is a certificate issued by a trusted third party. It verifies that a secure webpage (such as a checkout page) is properly encrypted, ensuring that all information passed between a user and the internet browser is private.

We understand email overload too, that’s why we ensure it's entirely up to you. With every email we send you will find the option to unsubscribe.
